I received the wrong product in my order. What should I do now?

Please send an email to sales@impulzgear.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect product we sent. We will immediately send you the correct replacement product with a pre-printed return label so that you can return the incorrect product at your convenience.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. See our Shipping Policy page for more info, and see checkout for a complete list of shipping options with prices.  

What size should I order?

Click on the product you are interested in and then click “Sizing Chart” to see the measurements.

My tracking information says that my label has been created, but it’s not telling me where it is. Why is this?

This means that your package is currently being processed and the location will update as soon as the shipping provider scans the package.

How long will it take for customer service to respond?

You can expect a response within 3 business days. Our customer service team works Monday-Friday.

My package says that it is being returned to sender, what steps can I take to have it reshipped to me?

Once a package is returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to the customer to take care of any issues with the address and then we will reship it.
